Less Is More  – Especially Now

Do you ever feel like just disappearing from all the hoopla? Especially now that everything seems so unnecessarily crazy out there?

As the year comes to a close and everyone seems busy with the hustle and bustle of the holidays, consider another option:

Yes, you heard right. Cancel everything and turn inward to take inventory of this year's accomplishments.

  • What worked? What didn't?
  • What felt good? What didn't?
  • Who helped you grow? Who didn't?
  • Whom did you help grow? Whom did you hurt?
  • Any regrets or thoughts about coulda, woulda, shoulda?
  • Anyone to make amends with?

As you approach the end of this year, consider what and whom you will leave behind and what you will take over into the new year. Yes, this includes not just projects, hopes and dreams, but also people, habits, longings and even heart breaks. Leave all the non-beneficial behind and start over.

Then watch your soul whisper to you its own dreams and goals for the new year. You'll be amazed at what starts to surface when you give that soft voice a chance to be heard.

Decide to make 2018 a field trip like no other. Take only with you what and whom you really need to ascend to your mountain top by the end of 2018. Also decide whom you can really help to their mountain top.

Let go of all the negative people who demand that you attend their perpetual pity party year in and year out. It's time to cut the millstones around your neck…

I will send you an additional email in a day or two with some additional tips and year-end gifts. Be on the lookout for it.

As for me, I cancelled this year's family holiday dinner and am doing exactly what I described above. I find this time of year amazingly powerful when it comes to manifesting and look forward to telling you more about all the changes soon.

Respond to this post by sending me your requests HERE. Let me know what courses/programs/books you are interested in having me create for you for next year. If qualified I will be more than happy to accommodate your learning needs and accompany you on your journey, at least for a little while.

Wishing you a restful end of 2017 and smooth, healthy and happy sailing into 2018!

With love,

Cha~zay, Ph.D., C.H.
